As we approach the Christmas and summer trading period, we know that our members are working hard to prepare and ensure maximum business outcomes are achieved. With this focus in mind, we have are working with OMC Group to support & promote the 2018/19 Summer AHA (VIC) Pub Leadership Program (PLP).

PLP Module 1:
$425 per person (+GST)

AHA (VIC) is proud to partner with OMC Group to provide leadership programs for our members. Over the last 5 years, 500 hospitality leaders have completed 1 & 2 days leadership programs with OMC Group in WA, SA, Vic, NSW & Qld – and the feedback is consistent and can be summarized as - “this program will help me manage my pub better”.

What better way to finalise your preparations for the summer season by investing in, recognising and lifting the capability of your Pub Leaders - so they in turn can lead your team even more effectively.

William Angliss Institute

The AHA (Vic) through a strategic partnership with William Angliss Institute offers members a full suite of compliance training programs.
Qualification programs include:
  • Traineeship and apprenticeship programs delivered within the workplace,
  • Hospitality and cookery programs for front and back of house staff, and
  • Leadership and management programs for upcoming supervisors and managers.
