MAKER’S MARK GOLD RUSH 

Ingredients 

50ml Maker’s Mark 

20ml Honey Syrup 

20ml Lemon Juice 

Lemon twist for garnish 

*FOR THE HONEY SYRUP 

2 parts honey 

1 part hot water 

Preparation 

1. Add Maker’s Mark, lemon juice and 

honey syrup to an ice-filled shaker 

2. Give it a good shake 

3. Strain over ice into rocks glass 

4. Garnish with lemon wedge 

TOKI HIGHBALL 

Ingredients 

30ml Toki whisky 

Chilled soda water 

Grapefruit or lemon peel for garnish 

Preparation 

1. Add ice to a highball glass and stir to chill glass.  

2. Add Toki and stir to chill whisky. Top with soda.  

3. Garnish with grapefruit or lemon.

BASIL HAYDEN GOLDEN HOUR 

Ingredients 

30ml Basil Hayden 

15ml Lillet Blanc 

15ml Aperol 

Fresh Grapefruit Peel 

Preparation 

1.Combine ingredients over ice in a mixing glass.  

      2. Stir and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. 

      3. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit peel. 

      LAPHROAIG SMOKY OLD FASHIONED 

      Ingredients 

      50ml Laphroaig 10YO 

      2 dashes Angostura bitters 

      5ml sugar syrup 

      Preparation  

      1. Add all ingredients to an ice filled  

      mixing glass.

      2. Stir and strain over an iced  

      filled rocks glass and garnish with a zest  

      of orange.
