We are pleased to inform you that as of 1 July 2025, Suntory Oceania will officially launch its multi-beverage offering in the Australian market. This marks an exciting milestone for their business, enabling full end-to-end control of their supply chain, and the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of their iconic portfolio, including brands like Jim Beam, Canadian Club, -196, and our House of Suntory Whisky portfolio.

What’s changing?
From July, Suntory Oceania will take full ownership of its supply chain. This transition enables them to provide greater reliability, responsiveness, and service excellence to their customers nationwide. Purchasing of Suntory products will also move to a Wholesaler model. They will not be selling licenced products direct. (Purchasing of our non-alc products remain unchanged)
New faces, same commitment:
As part of this transition, you will see some new Suntory Oceania team members. While there may be some fresh faces, please be assured that their commitment to exceptional service remains unchanged. These changes have been made in alignment with their Wholesalers, and they are working closely together to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
What’s next?
From 1st July 2025, Suntory products can be purchased via a Wholesaler network (see next page).
Customers who have an existing account with one of the Wholesalers will be able to use that same account to include Suntory products in their orders.
Customers who do not have an account are encouraged to reach out to their selected Wholesaler and apply for an account, see following page for contact details.
You will be invoiced for products purchased directly from the wholesaler of your choice.

Working with our trusted wholesalers
Suntory operate under an indirect ordering model, meaning they supply their products via trusted wholesaler partners across Australia. If you’re new to ordering from them you will need to choose a wholesaler partner to distribute their products. They have a list of their authorised wholesalers below to assist. Once you have chosen, you’ll need to set up an account with the chosen wholesaler. Once you’re onboarded with your chosen wholesaler, you can start purchasing your favourite Suntory products.
